  • Reiki is a form of energy healing that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety, and can improve overall physical and emotional wellbeing. The practitioner is a channel of “universal energy” and directs this energy to the client where they need it most. As a reiki master, I offer distant reiki (via phone or video) to support my clients in healing and moving forward with more energy and ease.
