When the mind is running rampant with thoughts, we can’t see what’s actually going on. I listen deeply to my clients, hold space for them to be vulnerable and unravel what’s going on, and help them find clarity on the situation.

Too often we identify the situation, habit, or other person as the problem; when truthfully, that’s just the expression of an issue that runs much deeper. I help my clients get to the root of the issue by identifying unconscious patterning, attachments, unresolved pain, and shadow selves.

Everyone has their own way of connecting with sacred energy greater than themselves. It may be mother nature, gods, angels, spiritual guides, the moon, crystals, tarot, astrology - or a combination of these. I help my clients cultivate a connection with this sacred energy and integrate it into their everyday life.

Once we’ve gotten out of our own way and start raising our vibration, we can more easily hear our intuition and receive guidance on how to navigate life in alignment with our higher selves. With time and practice - listening to and trusting what we hear becomes second nature.
